The catalogue created for Szymon Kobylarz’s Nieznane Niewiadome (Unknown Unknowns) exhibition in Galeria Szara comprises works and drafts that explore mathematical dependencies found in the space surrounding the artist. Counting, measuring, comparing – for the author they are pretexts to seek proof of a mathematical order in things. The publication was supplemented with archive graph paper to encourage the reader to pursue his or her own measurement exploration. The proportions of the publication were based on the Fibonacci sequence.
